I thought this link would be interesting to readers here, given the
frequent questions about email providers:

The list is maintained by members of this forum/site, which I also
recommend keeping up with:

The one that stands out from all the others on that list is
http://mykolab.com

This seems like a sensible choice until a ready-made, easy way of
installing your own instance of Kolab becomes trivial and
well-documented, perhaps something to keep in mind for the gentleman
that offered a few weeks ago to document the setup of a local mail
server with Trisquel/Debian IIRC.
