Trouble with mounting SDCard - solved!

I just got given a 128GB (micro?) SDCard. When I tried to open it in Trisquel 7 (fully updated) on my Aspire1, it showed up in the sidebar of the file manager, but threw a long error message when I clicked on it. I tested it in LMDE, and it mounted fine, and I was able to create a folder and save a file successfully. Tried again in Trisquel, no dice.

After putting the error message through a quick web search (been trialling the Searx instance at search.disroot.org), I found advice that the problem is lack of exFAT support in Ubuntu 14.04 (on which Trisquel 7 is based), and instructions to install two packages, which I did:

sudo apt-get install exfat-utils exfat-fuse

After a reboot, the SDCard now works fine. I am going to try Trisquel 8 alpha on the Aspire1 soon, so will be interested to see if it works out of the box, or if I still need to apply such a fix.
