In my humble opinion, I feel that generally so-called the usability of Trisquel OS itself is considered well, generally. The developpers must consider about it thoroughly. I feel the kind of carefulness from it. It is to consider well hearts of customers.
But about applications, I don't think so very much.
For example Tor Browser, it takes two clicks to open bookmarks. Besides despite the bookmark icon is on the top right corner, the tab opens at the left side. I don't know if it has flexibility. But default is so. And I think it is very better that we can change the security level easier. One click or at least two clicks. I am a beginner. So I use only few functions. But at least now, I have just these two complains about the usability of Tor Browser. We don't care about good points very much. We take those as normal things. Good works are something so. That means it does not bother us. We can concentrate our attention on our works, not on the bad usability.
Kazan is terrible. I don't understand what the developers of Kazan think about. I think that is mostly a joke.
I might be seemed to be a very particular customer but if I was a developer, I would care about those details. I would consider the usability of my works thoroughly, always. I don't know what a developer does think about those my complains. At least from my experiences, developers of Apple and Onion Browser have ignored my suggestions. (Recently Apple might have changed to some degree) They elites would be thinking me as the particular customer.
Should I suggest those complains to each developer? Or complaining here is sufficient?
At least compared to iOS, "if it was this, it would not bother me" is quite less. Users of iOS might be tolerating those terrible usability by strange pride. But if they can be happy then, it would be best. Trisquel also seems to have some potential of improvement but... shall I...? Does not it hurt your ears?
