Hi/Hola/Olá [moved from trisquel-usuarios]
Hi trisquel community. I'm sorry to write you in English, but that the language i judge more aproprieated to adrees here, since my native language is Brazilian Portuguese. I don't know Spanish. It is OK for me to post in English?
I recently discored the awesome distro trisquel while i was reading some articles on FSF, and I'm using trisquel right now, and I'm really happy with it till now, so i wish i could contribute with some articles and maybe some Wiki pages. but i only speak my native language and English, and i would like to write the contributions in English.
I'm a GNU/Linux user for three years now. I used mainly Ubuntu all that time, and some time with Arch Linux. And amuses me that i still can find awesome distros like trisquel, which, I'm enjoying so much, this pure freedom : ]
I'll try to translate the above in Spanish through Google Translate:
Hola trisquel comunidad. Lo siento a escribir en Inglés, pero que el juez i el idioma más aproprieated a adrees aquí, desde mi idioma nativo es el portugués de Brasil. No sé español. Está bien para mí puesto en Inglés?
Hace poco discored la distribución awesome i trisquel mientras estaba leyendo algunos artículos sobre la FSF, y estoy usando trisquel ahora, y estoy muy contenta con ella hasta ahora, así que me gustaría contribuir con algunos artículos y, quizás, algunas páginas Wiki . pero yo sólo hablan mi lengua e Inglés, y me gustaría escribir las contribuciones en Inglés.

Yes, we speak a little Engrish over here. You can use Portuguese if you
like, I think that we can talk in a mix of Portuguese and Galician. :)

Our English community is growing, we need some translations and wiki
pages in this language. Soon we will have an English forum/list, and
maybe -as we are adding Portuguese, French, Hindi and Chinese support to
our next version- some other languages too.

It is really a thing to enjoy, but is not easy to find. It's a shame
how most distros take bad decisions regarding to freedom just to gain a
little more popularity. Freedom is the main purpose of all this job,
and it needs to be said out loud every time the opportunity appears,
instead of hiding the question as most of that projects do.

Yeah, true. All that time and i didn't realized that : /
But thanks to my FSF readings now i know about this, and know projects like Tristel - which - I'm planing to stick with.
Please, do not translate anymore with the google translator, what a poor translate, it seems done by a windows vista xD.
Nice to have you with us, no problem if you write in english, after all I think that people who uses GNU/Linux are a bit culturized, and who use real 100% free distros are a lot, so everybody in this mailing lists knows english :P
