Remove acpi=off option

Description

acpi=off boot option must be removed as it can cause hardware damaged if it's not used carefully. New users has the option to choose it without knowing anything of it and if something goes wrong free software has the risk to be blamed for it too.

I propose to changed acpi=off option for acpi_osi=; this one is could be choosen by a new user without risk.

The option is listed on the Live System by pressing '''F6'''.

What kind of damage are we talking about? Got a horror story to share? Why do you think the latter is safe?

Hi, on my research on it (not finished yet) it is said that on old machines it could turn off coolers. Not every BIOS has an option of power off automatically and, if it has, it doesn't mean it is activated. So, acpi=off could burn CPU and GPU but acpi_osi= does the same but without turning off the coolers.
Obviously, if someone has better information and knowledge on this topic it will be welcome.

acpi_osi= does not do the same, it identifies the OS to the BIOS. It must be followed by an argument e.g. acpi_osi=Linux; if it doesn't, it'll be interpreted as acpi=
