xarchiver contact info and website info is stale

http://xarchiver.xfce.org/ goes to a dead domain name. Perhaps we should link to the SF page http://xarchiver.sourceforge.net/ instead?

I see that URL in apt-cache show xarchiver, is it also somewhere else or did you mean that instance?

Looks like the package description is fixed in wheezy so it will come downstream.
