Jump to: Most recent comment doesn't work on multi page issues

At the top of an issue there is a link Jump to: Most recent comment which doesn't seem work if the most recent comment happens to be on page 2,3,4...

(e.g. multi page issue https://trisquel.info/en/issues/4206 )
