Description

The 'GNOME Help' documentation, under section "Wireless network troubleshooter" (Help » Networking, web, email & chat » Wireless Networking » Wireless network troubleshooter »), suggests installation of restricted (binary-only) drivers as one of possible solutions to make a wireless adaptor work.

Trisquel GNU/Linux, being one of the fully free operating system, do not host a restricted (non-free) repository. But Ubuntu, from which it is derived has a restricted repository, and so with Debian in its main servers.

Naturally, a novice user, with limited idea about free software, can point his/her software source to one of these repositories to obtain a non-free driver to make the wireless adaptor work.

Kindly remove this alternative from the main documentation.
