[GNU FSDG] Remove 'ubuntu-online-tour' package from Repos.

Trisquel repository hosts a package named 'ubuntu-online-tour', which is a demonstration program of Ubuntu's Unity user interface and various Ubuntu features, running in Firefox web browser or its unbranded free versions like IceCat, Abrowser etc.

It suggests two non-free programs;

[1] Mozilla Firefox web browser (GNU FSDG issue: Recommends non-free addons and plugins.)
[2] Mozilla Thunderbird (GNU FSDG issue: Recommends non-free software (extensions) and non-free searchplugins.)

in addition to promoting Ubuntu and Ubuntu Software Center, which maintains a non-free software repository.

Remove this package from Trisquel's software repository to comply with GNU FSDG Guidelines.
