Mozilla's browser Extension Signing

Currently when one looks at the extensions in Abrowser 40 there is a yellow exclamation mark next to many of those and the related text states that the extension is not verified and suggests caution. It also has a More info link that takes you to the blank page at https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/unsigned-addons

(I don't know anything more about it.)
