The repo version of Tribler is 6.2.0, while the latest release is at 6.4.3. The changelog is immense: https://github.com/Tribler/tribler/compare/v6.2.0...v6.4.3
Seeing as though this is a program that deals with encryption, it's highly likely that security fixes have come through in newer releases, which makes updating very important.
