Xfce "distributed by Xubuntu"

Description

The xfce4-about program from the libxfce4ui-utils binary package (in an Xfce session, "Applications Menu" -> "About Xfce") says:

About the Xfce Desktop Environment
Version 4.10, distributed by Xubuntu

This is because debian/rules in the libxfce4ui source package configures the package with:

--with-vendor-info=Xubuntu
