What's My projects?

Description

On the right hand menu there's an item My projects. (Looks like it's visible when looking at front page or forums but not when looking at issues) Clicking it yields a page saying "You have no projects."

What are these projects all about? An explanation could be placed on the page. Or if they are not used, the link removed.

It is mostly for editing, like when you add to the WIKI or so on, that is your current project.
