As I have realized that bug reports should be sent in English, I am sending it again and asking admins to close the former bug report in Spanish. Also, I am improving the report here by adding information which allows to determine the moment when the problem started.
The bug happens in the Forum component of the Trisquel website. Up to now, Forum would accept messages two ways: directly at the Forum (logging in), or from e-mail. However, very recently Forum has started ignoring messages sent by e-mail.

The problem is still going on, and worse that I initially thought.
The reason e-mail messages aren't being delivered to the forum is that they are being rejected altogether by Trisquel SMTP server correo.trisquel.info because of a server configuration problem.
Remember, this problem has been going on uninterruptedly from some point between friday, 26th august 2016 02:38:34 CEST and tuesday, 30th august 2016 13:46:56 CEST. So, the trisquel.info e-mail service and e-mail lists are being deprived from e-mails since at least three full days, maybe up to six days and a half.

Sorry I haven't been available these last days, I'm looking into this issue now. Thanks for reporting!
I think I've fixed the issue, a very old blocklist was set up at the server and it had started to block all incoming email addresses. I've checked now that it works, and previously omitted messages should start to arrive if they haven't yet been bounced back to their senders.
