Description

When creating a new appointment in Evolution, Evolution crashes when clicking the recurrence button. This happens for me on two different Taranis systems, and with local and CalDAV calendar.

This does not happen on Ubuntu 10.04.

The console error is "Segmentation fault"

Please run

strace evolution > evolution.log 2>&1
in both Taranis and Lucid so we can compare the behaviour.

Workaround: Changing the GTK theme from Trisquel to Trisquel-3 fixes this for me.

GDB says "Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0xb5fb6024 in ?? () from /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/engines/libequinox.so"

I don't have a Lucid box to test on, unfortunately.

failedassertion's workaround also works for me.

Evolution is unresponsive on my system when run with strace. I couldn't replicate the problem before it was killed.
