At present, both Add/Remove Applications and Synaptic Package Manager do not list GNU IceCat[1] Program / Package.
Earlier versions of Trisquel GNU/Linux had this package in repository and the same is useful for a handful users, owing to privacy & security respecting add-ons and extensions like LibreJS and SpyBlock.
Kindly include GNU IceCat package in Trisquel 9.0 GNU/Linux repository.

IceCat hasn't had a release in over 2 years, so I don't think it should be included in Trisqul at this time. I would suggest using Abrowser and installing whatever addons you need manually.
I agree, since IceCat is not only a rebrand, but a fork and independent project there is few we can do.
Also right now I believe most of the work should go into the next release so we can start reducing the gap among upstream and trisquel.
So we can have more time on the future challenges 22.04 awaits.
