I'm submitting this issue as 4.5, but it is actually for 5.0. Sorry, there is no 5.0 version in the form. In version 5.0 of Trisquel the w3c-markup-validator package depends on w3c-sgml-lib, which is a virtual package. This prevents the package manager to install or upgrade w3c-markup-validator.
Package backported and added to trisquel repos
