p7zip-full suggests p7zip-rar

Even if the non-free p7zip-rar package is not in the repos, when installing p7zip-full it is listed as a suggested package. In this way, Trisquel is suggesting the use of a proprietary component (p7zip-rar uses the non-free unrar in distros like Ubuntu).
