Add Kiwix to the repos

Description

Is posible to add to the repositories the package called Kiwix which permits
to view content of the wikipedia offline ? This package is licenced under the
terms of the GPL, but depends on libzma and liblzma-dev which
is not incorporated in the repositories.

Upstream is working on packaging this program. Once that is done it should make its way into Trisquel.
