converting MPEG-4 AAC audio to Vorbis in oggconvert causes static

Description

If I convert a video in OggConvert that uses MPEG-4 AAC audio to Theora/Vorbis, the converted video has static/popping to it.

The issue you are reporting is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the developers of the software by following the instructions at http://oggconvert.tristanb.net/contact/.
