XChat has a modal dialog window without a close button

Description

Open XChat (join an IRC server) and go to server -> list of channels.

That window is modal and has no X to close it. No close button or nothing else either. None of the buttons close it. The only way is alt+f4.

Shouldn't this be filed at XChat's site? (Assuming that XChat has one.)
