Revision of Trisquel Mini from Tue, 10/31/2023 - 03:31
The revisions let you track differences between multiple versions of a post.
Trisquel Mini is an LXDE independent distribution forked from Lubuntu before it moved to QT. Trisquel Mini is not based on Trisquel, nor Ubuntu Mini despite the name suggesting it. However, Trisquel Mini is an alternative to the mainline Trisquel.
Trisquel Mini is designed to run well on low power, netbook and system on a chip computers. It includes low-resource, lightweight and modular desktop environment LXDE (Lightweight X11 Desktop Environment), Openbox, a highly configurable window manager with extensive standards support and applications, that aim to be lightweight GTK+ and X Window System alternatives to GNOME and KDE/Qt.
