Trisquelize splash screens

Replace vanilla splash screens for OpenOffice.org, GIMP and Exaile with Trisquel branded images matching the artwork of that release.

Perhaps it would be nice to include a way to easily shift back to the original splash screens, in case one changes the theme for the rest of the system?
