-Right click the panel, and click “add to panel”. In the pop up box that will appear click on “custom application launcher”, then the “add” button at the right corner of the box. A second box will pop up, click on “browse”. In the third box, click on “computer”, in the left pane, then. browse to folder “usr” then the sub folder “bin”, and click on gnome-terminal then the “open” button. Now, give your application a name and click OK. You can add the same way "launchers" to the applications you want. If you want to remove any "launcher", simply click "alt+super" and right click any icon and chose "remove it". It is that simple!
