New to Trisquel - Audio is flickering between speaker and audio jack

Dear Trisquel Friends,

I had installed trisquel and loved the speed of this libre distro.

But I experienced an error which I had long time ago with Debian and it is that the audio junos back and forward between audio jack and speaker on my laptop.

PAVU Control couldn't help either as the audi output jumps every where.

For now I am back to Lubuntu, but would love to get trisquel running and give it another chance.

Any idea how to fix the audio problem?

Also, I couldn't find ice-weasel and without ice-weasel I don't know where to use my lastpass addon working. Midori doesn't support lastpass.

Thanks for every help

Dirk

LastPass is proprietary software. Have you tried KeePassX (in Trisquel's repository, in Ubuntu's too)?

KeePassX is not found in Trisquels repository.

I used/use Lastpass for quite sometime and I looked in KeePassX but it can not import the lastpass csv file.

So, it is useless if you come from LastPass.

Hmm, I hear you can import the csv into keepass2, then you can export that one into keepassX.
A pain in the bottom but doable, if so.

Audio works fine on Lubuntu? If not, it's possible that the jack device has a problem. I had to repair my headphones last week because it don't worked correctly.

Also, Trisquel Mini is well-known to have problems with Midori and other apps. I recommend install regular Trisquel and then install MATE or LXDE from Synaptic.

Yes, this problem was known for me a long time ago with Debian and then never came back until now with Trisquel.

By the way, I always have to reset my password, it never ever works to login a 2nd time (at the forum).
