Abrowser sync doesn't work

I'm using Trisquel 7.0, and so far so good, but the sync option in Abrowser doesn't seem to work...
I get an "Working... Unecpected error."
Give a try at solution provided at https://trisquel.info/es/forum/%C2%BFsincronizar-marcadores-de-abrowser-con-firefox . Unfortunately I've no luck.

Does installing Iceweasel from https://launchpad.net/~dirk-computer42/+archive/ubuntu/c42-backport?field.series_filter=trusty work (note: It's version 24).
I think you can grab it from Wheezy's (backports?) repos as well. I never tried that, though.

IceCat sync doesn't work as well. I just switched to firefox...
if you must use Firefox use Iceweazle(the exact same thing but libre and no Firefox logo)
as Firefox by default is non-free as you cant commercially redistribute it.
also make sure to install libre js in Iceweazle to block non-libre js:

I finally managed to test this and I am having the same issue. I tested both Icecat and Abrowser on a fresh and upgrafed Trisquel 7.0 install. I was able to sign up to sync within Abrowser, but logging in results in "Unexpected Error" (both of these actions require javascript to be enabled in the content preferences). On Icecat you also need to stop blocking non-free javascript in order to have the sync page load.
Is there any who able to overcome this sync issue? Any workaround or temporary solution?
Got a luck. IceCat comes with solution. Make sure both 'Disable javscript' & 'Block execution of non-free Javascript' are un-checked.
