Hello, hope you are all well. I'm trying to install wine32. Is there anyway at all to install it? I need it specifically for EAC (Exact Audio Copy) and Imgburn to run as xp mode. I've tried flatpak but find it far too complicated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From the point of view of the free software movement, assisting the installation of nonfree software, which denies you freedoms you deserve, is not "helping". It even goes against our community guidelines: https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/trisquel-community-guidelines

We can help you find free software fulfilling your needs though. Some 15 years ago, I used Sound Juicer to efficiently rip my entire CD collection. As for burning CDs/DVDs, I used another user-friendly application: Brasero. Both are still developed and still in Trisquel's repository (no need for Flatpaks here; the package manager can install them), under the names sound-juicer and brasero.

Yes, I use Asunder occasionally. It's a great program. I have now found a wine flatpak in the gnome store which now suits my needs.

I'm aware I'm using some non free software but I'm a bit OCD and have secure ripping mode set to EAC so I know there won't be any errors. Thanks guys for your reply.

Depending on your desktop environment, in Trisquel-mini I am used to using xfburn which is installed by default but I only burn isos. I don't think it produces .wav files for audio, just mp3s.

What happens is that the 32bit Wine is not available in Trisquel. I am not at all clear why not, if the 64bit is available.
