Anyone knows about a good POS seller Gnu/Linux ?

Hello everyone,
So I have to deal with a new law that passed in Portugal a few months ago, saying that every enterprise that sells directly to the client needs to have a POS (Point-of-Sale) with certified software (like it is the case with my Mothers bar).
The problem is that POS are quite expensive, and they are (almost always) pre-installed with Windows. I asked if I could do it myself (the software and the montage), but I can't since my software would not be certified by the Nacional Finances, and it costs a lot to do it.
So my question is, does anyone knows a reseller of POS in Europe (or even just the touch screen and the printer, I could use one of my computers).

Did you happen to ask what the consequences are of simply not complying? Is it a fine? A revocation of a license? What exactly?
Well this is what happens. In April of 2012 a new law appear that makes any direct seller with an anual income of 250 000€ to have a POS with certified software by the (called here) Finances. But starting on January 2013, everyone (that sells directly to the client) needs to have one. If they don't have the POS (or if they, or the client, don't ask/provide any bill) then they will be sanctioned with fine that can go up to 1000€ (if I'm not wrong).
This is why I am searching for one not expensive where I could run Trisquel and a free POS (that needs to be licensed here) like OpenBravo.

1000€ doesn't seem like all that much. If I were in that position I'd just pay the fine. It would appear to be a lot cheaper than paying through the nose for a certified system.
1000€ is approximatively 1290$, it is (almost) the same price as the PSO itself (and we are talking about a fine per month of not providing to the finances the file with all the reports).
I'd be honest with you. If I had knew about this a few months earlier I would have bought at least 5 "The Penguin Wee" in your store with Trisquel, and some touch screen monitors and a (compatible) POS printer to sell them already with only free software as a POS (since we can do that) for those that can't pay the 1000€ or 1500€ for a simple POS with Windows 7. That could even help your business and help the free software in general.
For now I will probably just use my laptop as a rescue (but I still need to search and study a little bit more about this law to see what I can and what I can't do), but I will probably buy you one in a few months (since I can't use this laptop for ever and since they are far cheaper than any similar computer here). I just need to know how much time it will take for the shipping for Portugal (and how could it cost) in order to plan it at least a month before.
I'm not sure about this, but I think that, certified software (for the Finances) only mean that it works with that kind of format (that is open which is already a great thing) used by the Finance Controllers (when they come with the USB Pen to get the reports). This is why in the list of Certified Software we can find OpenBravo twice (it is free software since it is licensed with GPLv2 and Mozilla Public License (adapted to the POS business). They called that the OpenBravo Public License (http://www.openbravo.com/content/openbravo-public-license).

Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days with USPS Express Mail and there is also a 2-3 day build period. I'd put the order in at least two weeks before just to be safe.
And how much would a shipping would cost to Portugal (approximatively) ?

It runs around $55 USD. This is without speakers, keyboard, monitor, or any other large/heavy accessories.
It is actually cheaper than what I was thinking about :D. Just for curiosity, is the shipping cost of the "Penguin All-in-One" the same ?
EDIT: I can be wrong but I think that there is an error on the description of the Penguin Wee. You say on the Networking the fallowing:

I just don't know if this version is certified :S This is my only problem. Because it could be the MINDPOWER version (modified for the ocasion) that is certified. But even if I need to buy it, I could request the code since it is free software and then modify it myself.
