audio does not work

My audio does not work with headphones on or off. Attached is a screen shot of alsamixer and my loaded modules in the file sound.txt. It was working today on one user then stopped. I tried the other user in tty and it was working at the time. Since I rebooted both users do not have sound. I think all related kernel modules are loaded. What could be the issue?

You have master, headphone and speaker muted. Select each and press 'm'.
Slide speaker up. Crank it all up, son =/=
Should that not work> sudo apt purge pulseaudio && sudo apt autoremove --purge
