Can I get a second opinion on this license

The game Teeworlds has this license, it seems fine to me, though it's not a standard license. Anyone else agree or disagree that it's a Free software license?
Here is the license text:

IMPORTANT NOTE! The source under src/engine/external are stripped

check the individual libraries.

With that being said, contact us if there is anything you want to do
that the license does not premit.
Ah, was just looking through the site more and noticed on one page this:
* It complys to the OSI definition: http://www.opensource.org/docs/definition.php
* It complys with Debian Free Software Guidelines: http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-archive.html#s-dfsg
* The license is the result of a week long discussion with input from a license expert at Fedora.
* The whole OSS thing have started to take more time then it's actually worth.
* No, it will not get changed because you complain.
So I would say that this is fine then.
Oh, and checking apt-get, teeworlds is actually available... I should check further before posting.
For me that's is free software, it adapts to the 4 freedoms. :D

The license respects all four freedoms:
0. the freedom to use the work,
1. the freedom to study the work,
2. the freedom to copy and share the work with others,
3. the freedom to modify the work, and the freedom to distributed modified and therefore derivative works.
In addition, the license prevents someone from redistributing the software as non-free, so it's also copyleft.
And unlike Mozilla Firefox (which is under the Mozilla License), for example, a user that modifies the software is still allowed to advertise it as a version of "Teeworlds".
