change default file manager in gnome shell

How do I change the default file manager? My locations shell extension opens up audacious instead of files. Also when I do the keyboard shortcut I created for files it opens audacious instead too. What should I do?

What command does the keyboard shortcut execute? Isn't the extension configurable (from http://extensions.gnome.org or from the "Tweak Tool" in the "System Settings")?

The keyboard shortcut is windows-key+e for home folder. I am not able to edit preferences for that shell extension. Screenshots are attached for reference.
