Clipboard sharing (VirtualBox OSE Debian host + Trisquel Guest)

Hi

I was wondering if anyone has gotten Clipboard sharing to work for a
Trisquel Mini guest?

I installed virtualbox-guest-utils, rebooted the virtual machine,
enabled the shared clipboard in the guest options, but I can't seem to
get it to work.

I didn't want to install guest addition from the VirtualBox OSE menu, as
I preferred the Trisquel packages for this.

Any help would be appreciated.
