ok guys im currently looking for an cloud storage like dropbox but more private. i got three choice - spideroak or seafile or syncthing.
Go OwnCloud :)
im going to but i need this fast and deployed now so that why i didnt metion owncloud
what do you need it for?
if its nothing private i could host some files for you on my server
but if you do need something private
a owncloud server is quite fast to deploy
Well, you can try an OwnCloud server, or a Tahoe-LAFS server.
The links below refer to the software, not the service:
https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Owncloud

If you want to know why I didn't discuss much about service, take a look
at the following article:

Respectfully, Adonay.
Have a nice day.

@Cleiton- im seriously looking into the spideroak folks cause of their Zero Knowledge idea for right now and get rid of that stupid dropbox.
As a syncthing user, I can heartily recommend syncthing.
It used to be a bit unstable, but lately it has worked like a charm for me.
i been thinking that untill i notice it not peer to peer!
