Corrupted install

Trisquel Mini 7, both the HD and the home directory are encrypted. For about 8 seconds i accidentally dd'ed the HD (dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda). Now when trying to boot i get a "Non-system disk or disk error" message. Luckily i only have a few not-so-important files in there, but would love to get them back (some files on the Desktop and i would like to open Tor Browser and backup the bookmarks).
