Duplicated messages in forum

I assume that everybody has noticed that every single message is duplicated in this forum. Who can fix that? Do we know what the problem is?
I noticed this has been happening for a while and was going to make a topic on it as well, but you beat me to it.
If I were to take a wild guess, I'd say it has to do with something that is used to keep spambots off the forums. I've seen no spambots since this double-posting thing has started.

What is the software that Ruben uses so the forum syncs with the mailing
