Flight of the amazon queen - no source code?

I just saw that "flight of the amazon queen" is included in trisquel.
It's an old adventure game for scummvm.
2004 it was re-released. Sometimes I read it was re-released as free software, sometimes as freeware.
I searched for the code, without success.
Does anyone know more about it?

Thank you for your answer. I didn't expect the gamecode to be integrated into scummvm, too.
And I don't really understand how this is possible; so the code of all games available for scummvm is already onto my pc if I install scummvm?
