Fn Keys stopped working on X200.

Hello All
The Fn keys on my Libreboot Thinkpad x200 have suddenly stopped working. I can no longer control screen brightness using Fn-Home/Fn-End. (I can still control brightness from the Power Settings.) All the Fn keys are basically dead.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Slight edit- The physical Fn key is working. I can toggle the above-screen LED by pushing Fn-PgUp. Screenshot via FN-PrtSc works too. But Fn-F2 though F12 are not responding.

Update: The problem solved itself after another reboot this morning. I had rebooted several times yesterday to no avail, so perhaps an unattended upgrade ran overnight. Thanks.
