I am running Trisquel mini 64-bit. Now I have another machine which is running Trisquel Gnome 32-bit. The problem seems specific only to the mini version. When I try to run any games that uses opengl I get error messages saying opengl was not found! Nouveau drivers is installed but the problem still persists. I get the following messages when I try to run OpenArena for example:

No! I did run the 64-bit client, and for installing 32-bit libraries it causes another problem similar to this:
http://trisquel.info/en/issues/8155

What kind of a GPU is it?

lspci -nn|grep VGA

lspci -nn|grep VGA outputs:
02:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: NVIDIA Corporation G96 [GeForce 9500 GT] [10de:0640] (rev a1)

I know it's not a GPU problem cause I have another machine that is running Trisquel 32-bit Gnome which has the same GPU. I can't figure out what seems to be the problem! Please help me out on this.

Does the machine with the problem also have another (perhaps built in) GPU?

Yes, I think it has. The other machine running 32-bit Gnome has no built in GPU, where nouveau is running fine! Is that problem? What to do next?

See if you can disable the other GPU in the BIOS settings.

AFAIK, it was

$ sudo apt-get --no-install-recommends install libgl1-mesa-dri

when I wanted to run Minetest on the Mini . I also suggest you to try the newer Mesa 9.0 graphic stack, which comes with an OpenGL 3.1 conformance that can (perhaps) result in a better overall performance.

Ruben should incorporate many missing (basic) features into the Mini edition (as I suggested during the development), because the default installation is barely usable for an average person without making heavy modifications. Maybe the initial goal of providing a 500MB disc image should be reconsidered to be increased onto 700.

Hey thanks! that did it. :-)
Yes such missing features should be included as it gets quite fraustrating after a while when you know you have installed everything required but still can't figure out which one is missing!

mYself perhaps you could file a few bugs, I think this is a very good example of something that definitely should be included. If I had to guess I'd say this must've been an accidental omission. If you do, file one issue per bug and keep it simple so the Trisquel guys can cherry pick should they so choose.
