Having trouble using Synaptic Package Manager to install marked listing from saved file

I just made a fresh install of Trisquel 11 and I had made a backup file of a Markings List via Synaptic Package Manager from the previous distro that I had always loved working on.
However whenever I tried to install the packages from the List Markings, it refused to install anything without fixing up the broken packages.
I don't know if this is referring to broken packages on the list or what's currently on the distro I am on, but I have tried following the guides on this link here ( https://superuser.com/questions/1386209/how-to-solve-this-dependencies-apt-fix-broken-install ) but to no avail.
There are 9 broken packages, but the problem is I can't tell, search for which of those broken packages to remove so that I could install everything else; but that's only if those broken packages are from the list. I just don't know where they are.
Is there a way to find out fix this, or find out the problem because I'm really lost and considering rolling back to Triquel 10?
I'd be grateful for any advice given.
I had a similar problem and this command helped:
apt-get install -f
'f' for fix broken
I've already tried that, but it did do anything unfortunately
I just don't know where they are.
Since you are using Synaptic, click on "Custom Filters" (a button in the lower-left corner of the window) and then on "Broken" (above).
Okay, nothings broken on the system (at least, according to synaptic), it's all within the saved file.
I can see them. Should I Mark for removal, cause I can't unmark them? (please see below)

The screenshot shows there are broken packages.

What is the complete list of broken packages? You were talking about nine broken packages but only show five. You need not remove them all. In particular, if I were you, I would try to solve the problem without removing fuse3, if you can currently read/write exFAT and NTFS filesystems (you will not be able to do that after removing fuse3, I believe).
When I open the Synaptic package manager, it says there are no broken packages, not until I open up the file which I have saved. (See attachment comparisons, before and after)
I don't know where they all our I just know that the information at the bottom of software states it's 9 broken packages but the list only contains 6. I don't know if there is another 3 or not and it's only letting me unmark 'sshfs' but the rest I cannot; I can only mark for re installation, mark for removal & mark for complete removal.
Should I try as follows:
Mark for re installation:
fuse3
Mark for removal/complete removal:
ayatana-indictor-(everthing?)
Mark for removal/complete removal:
ayatana-indictor-(everthing?)
I would start with the removal sshfs (if you backup through SSH, do that first). If that is not enough, remove the ayatana-indictor-* packages (you will lose some notifications, but after updating without broken packages, you will try to reinstall them).
