I am an Indian citizen. The Indian currency (₹) is not displayed among the 'currency' option in 'Donate' page.
Please guide me on how to make a donation.

If I proceed to make a payment in dollars or euro, the transaction gets cancelled. Is there a way to get it listed among other currencies?

First, please check with Paypal as to why the transaction gets
cancelled. Normally Paypal lets you pay in whatever currency the
recipient has configured regardless of your home currency. Or at least
that's the advertising claim for Paypal in India.

There are restrictions to make payment through Paypal.

There's IBAN and SWIFT codes for bank transfers and Bitcoin is welcome.

Looking in the currency list on that page - did you try Singapore or Hong Kong Dollars via Paypal? Might be worth a try if your bank fees for international transactions are as high as they are in the UK.
In any event, by all means file a feature request for what I presume is Indian Rupee against Web in the Issues system.
