How to Change Desktop Fonts ?

I tried to changing fonts from gnome-tweak-tool : Windows Titles, Interface, Documents, Monospace etc fonts but no change on desktop fonts! (i.e text fonts under icons on the desktop not changing)
How do I change fonts of Desktop Items?
