How Do I Get Higher GPU Clocks?

G'day Trisquelites,
Been trying to figure out how increase my GTX 780's clock as it seems to stay at 0.88V (which is the idle voltage) no matter what I throw at it. And yes, the games I run with it do indeed recognise it, so I'm sure it is at least being used.
I have since been trying to figure out how to set up GPU profiles with the Nvidia X Server Settings app as it's the only thing available in the repo, but can't seem to wrap my head around it. Whatever instructions exist for it don't make much sense to me.
Surely there's an easier way to do this?
I'd appreciate the help immensely.
You need to look into "GPU reclocking". I've done this with my 780, but that card is out of my machines at the moment so I can't give the exact commands. This seems like a pretty good guide from what I remember: https://github.com/polhdez/nouveau-reclocking-guide
