How to install AdBlock-plus into Abrowser

I go to the website here:

Clicking on the install button starts a download of an archived package to my computer. I can un-archive it OK. (I don't recommend doing this in your Downloads folder, as it leaves files all over the place!)
I don't know what to do next. It would be nice if there were something to double-click on to install it, but nothing like that is there.
How do I integrate the un-archived files into Abrowser? Did I un-archive them in the wrong place?

You might be clicking the wrong button. Go to the web page and click Install Extension. After a few seconds a box will appear, asking you do you want to install the extension, click Allow.
You'll be prompted to restart you browser. After the restart you'll be asked to choose a subscription list, choose the recommended one. Now Ad-Block Plus extension will always be active in your browser.
Or drag&drop the .xpi onto a browser window.
