I installed Icecat through the repos, but I can't get it to use tor. It doesn't even show that TorButton is installed.
Do I need to install tor in Trisquel separately and add tor button myself??

Too much used to tor browser I guess lol. Any help greatly appreciated.

As far as I understood, you only need to browse the Web in a "Private window" (opened from the menu or with Ctrl+Shift+P) to have the traffic go through Tor.

Thank you both for the replies.
I always use Tor Browser Bundle, but need to do some stuff with another browser using Tor. Maybe I will try to install it myself...
Problem is Tor Browser Bundle uses a different circuit for each connection which is good for privacy but it messes up some websites that contain ads and such. Need the old style "10 minutes circuit" thing.

Uhmm I think that tor browser is more appropriate to use tor. Tor browser has specific features to improve privacy and to avoid profilation. Is very important disabling javascript in it. You can try the difference here: http://ip-check.info/?lang=en

I know and read my comment:

I need a browser to some specific jobs that will just use a 10 minutes window.
So, anyone can help me with Icecat?

Do what maska said, but instead use it on IceCat.

If you need tor over onioncat install tor:
sudo apt-get install tor
after go to Onioncat Preferences;Advanced;Network and click to Settings: enable manual proxy configuration and put in socks host 127.0.0.1 and in port 9050 enable socks v5 and enable Remote DNS. Clik on ok. Now onioncat use tor.
