hi all
I nede your help and Support
I made free software community Forum
to make a new word
That we've never heard
Born out of the need to put our Freedom first
Can't we just, just communify
Build a bridge, we have to try
To talk and to unify
join today

This is a good initiative and I will look into it, once I have more time.
For now, I just wonder: The polygon part of the name is claimed to be chosen because the polygon shape is chosen because it is one of the magical shapes in geometry
Are you aware that 'polygon' goes for geometric shapes of any number of sides? Considering the text and the logo, I wonder that perhaps you think of 'octagon', the eight sided polygon (which in your case is regular).

I think that a general free software forum is a good idea, but I'm not so sure about the Trisquel subforum. There is already a Trisquel forum here, and I don't see a benefit in moving some of the conversations here to a new forum. This would require users to check both forums in order to fully participate in the Trisquel community. It would be especially inconvenient for mailing list users. Right now, we can participate in all forum discussions from the mailing list. If some of these discussions were held on a different forum not mirrored to a mailing list, we would have to use a browser to participate.

Yeah, I'm reminded of [1]. freedom-misc works well too. Also, we do
already have many different places to discuss free/libre software
activism specifically. Notably: FSFE's "discuss" mailing list, FSFLA's
"discusion", LibrePlanet Activists' "libreplanet-discuss" mailing list,
and regional per-city/local LibrePlanet groups' mailing lists which are
registered in [2].

Hello,
I can't register, there are no captcha....
I don't see the point in making a new forum. The Trisquel forum already
exists and has a lively community, and freedom-misc functions very well
as a general libre culture forum that is not about Trisquel.
We don't need a browser to access it, we don't need to log in. It just
goes to its own folder and you check the freedom-misc folder when you
want to check or post to the forum. It's awesome.
Please do not move from freedom-misc. Freedom-misc is great.
The free is for all !!!
