Linterna Mágica Youtube Midori problem

I think there was a thread about that here and as far as I remember the
only thing I found out as a problem was that there were missing codecs
in Parabola. At least the one I've tested, no matter what I've
installed.

Vimeo switched to a new layout that is problematic and I yet haven't
found out a way to work around it.

The problem in Web was that video would start playing, stop then restart in YouTube. Anyway, now Web and Midori simply don't play YouTube at all.
YouTube HTML5 videos work well in Midori - much better in the past when it was very CPU intensive. It doesn't work as well in Iceweasel(-libre) though - it complains about scripts running.
