Modifying the bottom panel?

Several of the Distros you can customize the bottom panel. I haven't seen any
listing for changing it? I am overlooking something in the program or do you
have to edit a configuration file?

You may install xfce and customize that panel.
Look my xfce 4.8 on trisquel from my laptop.

You need to hold Alt (if you're using Metacity) or Alt+Super (if you're using Compiz) while right-clicking on the panel or panel elements. You then get a menu like in GNOME 2.

Thanks, I'll give that a try! DADIX that looks pretty neat! There's one thing that is really nice is to be able to do, modify that panel! Thanks fellas for
the ideas! Math questions, electronics easy! Good thing it wasn't ALGEBRA!
