Network connecting problem

Hi friends!
I have an computer with Triskel . During use, I made some settings (for example, enabling NTP, setting the Time Zone, and others, i dont remember all). After my manipulations, I had two problems:
1. The virtual machine KVM/QEMU has stopped connecting to the Internet.
2. Proton VPN stopped connecting, or rather does not accept the password from
from the VPN server. The account and password are valid, I checked on another machine. It does not accept on this machine.
As I understand it, the problem is most likely in the settings of time zone and NTP or in the network connection settings. However, I can't say exactly what it is.
Help me please to diagnose the problem and repair it.
