There's an another known as Boss GNU/Linux, which is used in some
government offices. I saw it's advertisements on TV some time ago.

Just the standard Debian kernel.
In other words a libre kernel.
I transformed the beta2 to a torrent file for a fast download.
Why isn't it listed in the Free OS versions in GNU.org?
Maybe they don't know about it yet.
Debian does not by default use Linux-libre. It uses a modified kernel with nonfree blobs removed, but it is not the FSF-supported Linux-libre, as it still recommends nonfree firmware in some cases.
And what's the difference? It's probably just a shell script deleting files anyway.
The kernel doesn't suggest anything, the installer does.
You can look at this thread for details. It's from 2010 - I don't think much has changed since then, but I may be wrong: http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/gnu-linux-libre/2010-12/msg00022.html

The kernel does tell the user on bootup if a firmware blob is missing
and lists the file (which can presumably be used to find the blob).
Andrew.
