Handbrake - a very convenient DVD ripping program - was available in Toutatis, but I can't find it in Belenos:
Is the program nonfree or is this an oversight?

Please open an Issue/Bug - handbrake for Toutatis was taken from a
ppa. From Trusty onwards it's in Universe so the Trisquel
arrangements need changing.

You can add Toutatis' repo and get it from there......
